We continue to share our #notjustnumbers series and at the same time want to emphasize the importance of helping small communities.
In our mission, we always pay attention to the needs that may be forgotten or ignored by others.
One of our areas of work is to support villages and communities that are often overlooked and do not receive the help they need. We understand that such communities may have specific needs that are to be met immediately. Thus, we have touched 6 villages and 160 lives of people there.
One of the most pressing issues was to provide villages with gas cylinders, food and generators. These things are vital in the unstable living conditions during the war. We identify specific villages where such needs are particularly urgent and focus our efforts on helping those areas where other organizations do not always reach.
We understand that small communities need our attention, as these are the places where the most affected and vulnerable people may be. We also had the opportunity to travel to specific villages in Donetsk and Kherson regions and communicate directly with the local population to understand how we can help most effectively.
As a foundation, we want Not Alone to do everything possible to support small communities, paying attention to the smallest details and needs.
